Karol is a skillful litigator with a record of success at all levels of dispute resolution. His practice includes a variety of areas with a focus on civil litigation. He handles claims with respect to personal injury, contractual disputes, estate issues, employment matters, and product liability amongst many others.
Karol is passionate about advocating for the rights of his clients, while taking care to accommodate the personal conflict many clients experience in cases involving family members or employers.
Karol has an inter-jurisdictional practice, having been called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia. He regularly appears before the courts in both provinces, and is a member of the Trial Lawyer’s Associations in both Ontario and BC.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey and working on his golf game.
